Ingredients: Dried Morel Mushrooms. Premium petite grade.  Our premium grade, petite morel mushrooms are dense early blooms wildcrafted in forests of BC, Canada. They are dried at optimal temperatures to maintain their delicious earthy flavor that is often described as warm, toasted, and nutty. Their firm texture lends them well for vegetarian recipes as a substitute for meat. They are an excellent source of iron and one of the few foods with vitamine D.  Serving Size : 6 grams (4-6 dried mushrooms) Direction: Wash and Soak for 15-20 Minutes before cooking.
