ZenToes toe separators promote proper toe alignment during use to help relieve pressure, pain and tension from crowded or overlapping toes, hammertoes, bunions (big toe), and bunionettes (pinky toe). They are ideal for yoga, other barefoot training, or to casually relax and stretch toes that have been scrunched up all day. Each pair of medical grade gel toe spreaders, in your choice of black or clear, comes with two sizes of foam wedges to increase the spacing next to your big toe and/or your pinky toe, if desired. The gel spacer can also be trimmed thinner at the end if your pinky toe is overspread. ZenToes Adjustable Toe Spacers were designed with firmer gel to provide slightly stronger correction and support than most soft gel toe separators. We recommend wearing without the additional spacers for 10 minutes at a time until your feet become used to the gentle stretch, then gradually increasing the wear time and spacing as needed.
