Balsamic condiment perfumed with Timut pepper and kaffir lime leaves 375 cl. One of the most popular condiments among Sur Les Quais creations. This condiment combines balsamic vinegar in which Timut berries and combava leaves are marinated. Timut Bay and Combava peels give our vinegar fresh and acidic notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit, rose, etc.). This balsamic condiment is very useful for giving tone and acidity to summer salads or flavoring marinades. No aroma has been added, this vinegar is exclusively obtained by natural maceration.
