Uses: Drink me: 1:8 ratio with water, 1:3 with sparkling or tonic on ice. 1:3 to 4 with light spirits. Salad dressing 1:3 shrub to light oil and herbs, also by itself. It is a sophisticated play. Pairs really well with: Vodka, Gin, club soda. Dark green veggies, squash dishes, on pancakes. Does not play well with: Dark beer, berry flavored vodkas.
