We have carried their brand for 2 years . Also from a local rep, last year the show room gave this line up. This was our 1st time ordering on Fair. I've got to say its it's the lousiest customer service I've ever received! Time to look for a new eyewear line.

I didn't realize that the glasses wouldn't come ready to hang on the displayer. Had to call the company direct and have them send the hanging cards then assemble.
