In our 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham "Pata Negra," we discover a ruby red hue, a delicate marbling, and a high percentage of oleic acid that helps maintain an adequate blood cholesterol level, in addition to being rich in proteins, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid, and vitamin E (an excellent antioxidant). On the nose, we recognize intense and pleasant aromas exclusive to the 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham, characteristic of its nature and personality. On the palate, we appreciate an intense and persistent flavor with a characteristic sweetness of the 100% Iberian acorn-fed Oro BEHER Ham due to a reduction in salting time and long maturation, achieving a healthier and tastier product, pleasant for all palates.
