This is an amazing blend that gives any veggies a gorgeous flavour. This is our fave way of cooking tofu: 1 block of extra firm tofu, cubed & dried with kitchen towel 1 Tbsp Halloumi & Tofu spice, saute for 5 mins, turning to brown on all sides finish baking in the oven for 12-15 mins to get crispy add to salads & stir fries Try stirring 1 tsp of Halloumi & Tofu spice into sour cream or Greek yoghurt for a cooling dip too!
