This specific proprietary production process allows to capture and preserve all the flavour of freshly cut tomatoes. They are perfect for quick pasta sauces, to top pizzas and season egg pastas. These tomatoes are at their full ripening between the summer months of August and September when they are harvested, attentively sorted, steam peeled and packed in tomato juice.
