This artisan apple butter is cooked for over 8 hours with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves. Made in small batches with apples from our 100+ year old orchard we affectionately call the Apple Barrel, that are picked at the peak of freshness. Spread on some toast, add to your cheese boards, mix in yogurt, oatmeal, or cottage cheese. Or do as the kids do and eat it with a spoon. Our apple trees are untreated and are fertilized with our own compost from our grass fed cows and sheep.
