An authentic and irresistible creation in collaboration with the French bean-to-bar chocolatier Encuentro. This bar is the result of extensive research to find the chocolate that pairs perfectly with fleur de sel. It was the discovery in 2025 of a fabulous Tanzanian cocoa that made this gourmet alliance between chocolate, fleur de sel, and roasted almond possible. Thanks to its finesse and balance, our fleur de sel delicately reveals the full richness of this fruity and intense chocolate. Each bar embodies the unique and artisanal values and expertise of our two passionate Houses. Tasting notes: notes of red fruits and biscuit, mixed with the crunch of almond and enhanced by fleur de sel.
