Our cocktail cedars are sourced from the highest-grade Spanish cedar. With minimal amounts of oil and resin, they ensure a clean burn of approximately 20-30 seconds. Each package includes 10 cedar sticks. TO SMOKE A GLASS For drinks like Old Fashioneds and Manhattans, ignite a cocktail cedar and invert a glass over the flame until it fills with smoke (Note: Use a flame-resistant surface). When the cocktail is ready, quickly strain into the smoked glass. TO FLAME CITRUS PEELS Light the cedar and place citrus peel under flame. After a few seconds, squeeze citrus oils through the flame to produce a burst of flavor.
