I have called or written Galil a few times, all with immediate response. One shipment that I got had a packaging issue. It was rectified immediately, with a cheerful and welcoming attitude. I use MSRP, and their products sell well--even at a higher price point than comparable products. They are good quality. Shipping on Galil products is pricey, and they are perhaps overly protected, but they do arrive safely. MSRP more than compensates for shipping cost, also.
