Made from a sturdy woven fabric called Gheri, this double zip purse has been produced using an age old weaving technique on backstrap looms. As each purse is hand woven, colours of the fabric may slightly vary, but you are guaranteed to have a truly unique item. We contribute a % of all purchases we make from Nepal to Child Rescue Nepal. 13 x 11cm Our main supplier in Kathmandu is a member of the Fair Trade Group Nepal and has a social program to train and rehabilitate 'Kamlari' girls who have escaped from a life of servitude. Their main premises were destroyed by the earthquake in April 2015 and since then they have been housed in a temporary pre-fab building nearby. We have hugely increased our spending in Nepal since the earthquake and are proud to help this wonderful country to get back onto its feet.
