The pesto in sauce is the classic pesto recipe enriched with a sun-dried tomato sauce, while fresh tomato sauce is added to the tomato pesto. These two condiments are the perfect seasoning for "Gran cucina" pasta such as tajarin or egg tagliatelle. Our red pestos have a very delicate flavor, different from the Sicilian recipe which gives the product a stronger and more intense taste due to the addition of hot chili pepper.
