CRYSTALLISED GINGER IS LIKE MOTHER NATURE’S OWN CANDY  Crystallised ginger bites are made from organically grown, soft and spicy ginger. The ginger is crystallised with cane sugar.  Ginger originates in Asia. It is believed that ginger first arrived in Europe in Roman times, when people started using it as a spice in baking.
