The products are great but the shipping time is extremely slow (I ordered mid May and received late July) and they have zero communication. I messaged three times about a damaged item and never received a response. Faire messaged and didn’t either. Jacquard also didn’t update the shipping so I couldn’t fill out the damage request bc it looked like the order never shipped. Faire had to auto update the order as delivered so I could make a claim bc Jacquard never updated or responded.
