Industrial London Coaster Gift Set. Set of 4 coasters featuring London Landmarks. Battersea, Hackney, Croydon and Brick Lane Gasholders and chimneys. The gritty, not so pretty side of industrial London. Featuring the Battersea Power station, the gasworks at Waddon Marsh Croydon, the chimney of the Old Truman Brewery, and the gas holders by the canal in Hackney, as seen from an overground train. Remnants of the city's industrial past, all on the road to gentrification! Specs: The coasters measure 10 x 10cm, about 5mm thick. Cork backed hardboard, and matte laminated finish. They come in a smart, minimal black match-box style packaging. The print on the coasters have a lovely texture (check the close up on pic 4), that almost look concrete -ish.
