Freight was excessive (same price as goods) Pump not powerful enough to complete the job and burned out within 10 minutes (I was there when it happened as we delivered the goods). Customer returned pump same day and had to buy a new pump for $250 ($AUD). We are out of pocket almost $1000 from our first order for the Kids Good Karma Project. If we return goods that will make it over $1200 out of pocket. Totally unacceptable.
