An elegant curve, 61 m high and over 3 km long, the Saint-Nazaire bridge is one of the largest cable-stayed bridges in Europe. It offers an impressive view of the Loire estuary, between Saint-Nazaire and Saint-Brévin. Commissioned on October 18, 1975, it replaced the old ferries that made it possible to cross the Loire and of which you can still see, on both banks, the remains of the pier.
