The flavor is one in a umami million. Ingredients: Tamari Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar), brown sugar, habaneros, garlic, molasses, ginger and lime juice. There is a good reason we’ve got numerous awards for this sauce. Straight up put it on anything or cook and marinade with it. Its a very flavorful and a hotter sweeter twist on tamari.
