Whole and organic with pleasant vanilla notes From non-intensive and spontaneous cultivation A traditional product in Cambodia Fior di coco comes from Cambodia's Kampong Speu region and is a typical product of this area. It is obtained by evaporating the sap from the flowers of the Thnot palm, the symbol of Cambodia. Unlike the intensive cultivation of the oil palm, this palm grows wild along the paddy fields. Handcrafted, it is an unrefined sugar that thus preserves its nutritional principles. With a caramel flavour and hints of vanilla, it is ideal as a sweetener for tea, herbal teas and yoghurt, but also in recipes for cakes, creams and biscuits. In combination with cocoa desserts it enhances its organoleptic characteristics.
