It's a shame, the ranges are great but certainly leading up to a busy trading time I would have expected 1. Much better communication, as I mostly got ignored 2. The dispatch time was massively over what they gave as a timeframe.

The replacement delivery was sent without any padding, which was very unsatisfactory. I had already informed in the previous delivery that it was inadequately padded. This was skillfully ignored! Aside from that, Pyramid has great products.
