Our bold and ground coffee offers a blend with deep notes, composed of 60% Latin American arabica and 40% Tanzanian robusta. While robusta is indeed more caffeinated than arabica, be aware that a 100% arabica bold coffee is often a burnt coffee, whereas robusta is roasted at a lower temperature and thus retains all its flavor, between acidity and bitterness. The coffee comes from a family-owned company in Alsace, committed to offering exceptional coffee. They carefully select their beans to enhance the subtlety of their aromas. The beans are also fairtrade certified. This label allows producers to improve their working and living conditions while respecting the environment.
