Our original order we never received. It was supposed to arrive January 31st, but after waiting a month for it to arrive, I contacted the company for help. They assured me that our order has shipped. I also made a complaint to Faire (Feb 29th) and that's when the customer service said that the order never shipped. Elephant company said they would send another order in and not charge us. We received the order March 12th. As a new customer with them, I'm not happy with the service. Could be better

I was waiting for my second box to deliver. I assumed they were out of stock and would ship when available. Checked to see and it still shows label printed but not shipped and no delivery confirmation. Was hoping second shipment pretzels weren’t as beat up as first shipment. Would like the company to make this right and I will revise my review.
