Tart deliciousness, this jelly is a les collines classic and one of our bestselling flavors. Inspired by the beautiful bright color and fragrance of Meyer lemons, we simmer Meyer lemon and lime juices and fruits with les collines fresh rosemary, then strain to create a clear, luminous jelly that packs a pucker. To pair - with chèvre, lamb, and chicken; to glaze - grilled or roasted salmon, a fruit tart, or Key Lime pie; to swirl- into vanilla ice cream or lemon mousse. Makes an excellent Thom Collines cocktail.
