When I first received my order over half was missing. I was told it would come soon & was just a delay. Nearly two months later of having to keep chasing for updates & being ignored for over a week or two I’d be told there was another delay etc. Eventually the sponges arrived but there were some missing. Have reached out about this and have still heard nothing back. Now still missing products. I can’t complete the form to get them as the original parcel with missing items was two months ago.
