• Mix a quarter teaspoon of non-iodized Himalayan Pink salt with warm distilled or sterilized water. Ensure the salt dissolves completely. • Stand over a sink or basin and tilt your head slightly forward. • Pour the prepared saline solution into the ceramic Neti pot. • Gently insert the spout of the pot into one nostril, forming a secure seal. • Tilt your head to the side so that the solution can flow through your nasal passages and out of the other nostril. Breathe through your mouth during the process. • Remove the pot from the first nostril and repeat the process for the other nostril. • After each use, rinse the neti pot thoroughly with distilled or sterilized water. • Allow it to air dry completely.
