100g Natural, artisanal, vegan, extra thin and crispy, without additives or colorants, and palm oil-free. Non-GMO. Guérande salt is one of the highest quality salts in the world. With a distinctive grayish color, this salt comes from Guérande, a peninsula from which it takes its name, located on the Atlantic coast of the historic region of Brittany (France). It is a natural sea salt rich in mineral salts and trace elements, unrefined, without additives, and sun-dried. It is manually harvested by the Paludiers, who, generation after generation, harvest it artisanally in the same way it was done in the 19th century. The flour is milled artisanally. We let our dough rest for 12 hours and perform a slow baking process to maintain the nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crispy cracker, yet consistent at the same time.
