One of our items appeared incorrect so we followed the Faire protocol in reporting it and requesting a replacement. The brand then called me and yelled at me for doing this. The photos of the product & the actual product we received were vastly different. I have never been spoken to so rudely over jump rings…. I have also yet to receive any kind of apology for the poor treatment.
