Toen ze de goederen naar ons verzonden, raakte het pakket zoek (natuurlijk niet hun schuld) en ze deden hun uiterste best om ons te helpen uit te zoeken waar het pakket was en slaagden daarin. De producten zijn prachtig en van grote waarde. Tovi is een geweldig persoon en doet dat stapje extra voor zijn klanten om hen op elke mogelijke manier te helpen.
