I almost sold out of Spanish Moss, but had placed my order already. I messaged them and they were able to add it to my order. They were super friendly about it too. Our customers love their products.

Heat Pack 72+ Hours - Cold Weather Shipping, Protect Plants
I was so excited to get this order. First, I paid over $27 in shipping, received the plants in a box that was smashed and very clearly not kept upright. The box didn't say "live plants" anywhere on it. There was a small red stamp on the brown cardboard box saying "fragile". So many of my plant buddies were broken or damaged during shipping. Also, the packaging around the plants smelled like someone was chain smoking while packing. Super gross.
