After a careful selection of raw materials, our shells are handmade by extrusion in a bronze mold and then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). Our Rigate shells cook quickly (6 to 8 minutes). On each of our packages, a jumper is carefully placed manually. Manufacturing process: Extrusion and drying at low temperature. Without GMOs, without dyes, without preservatives, without ionization. Labelling language: French, English, German, Dutch.
