Running around, buying gifts that are probably too expensive, making plans, appeasing different sides of the family, bad drivers, rude people...the most wonderful time of the year is fucking stressful! Plus, the holidays can feel really bad. Or sad. Or depressed. Or left out and sitting home alone. Not so wonderful. Why not unwind a little? Take a few breaths? It's only a season and although it may feel like it goes on for half the year, sometimes just getting through it is enough.
