This seasonal cheese (April-December) marries local Jersey cow milk with our goat milk. Each wheel features an edible white bloomy rind protecting a buttery interior that develops a luxurious gooey texture and rich buttered mushroom notes as it ages. Perfect solo or paired with honey, jams, crackers, or charcuterie. Complements most whites, rosés, and lighter reds.
