A dark milk chocolate in perfect harmony. Our cocoa is grown in the lush volcanic hills under a canopy of coconut palms and plantain leaves 10 degrees north of the equator. The farmers divide the skills of harvesting and fermenting, resulting in this exquisite dark milk chocolate.
