I needed their pasta for a banquet and the lead time posted on Faire left the possibility of it not arriving in time. I reached out to them directly and they immediately responded to let me know they would ship it out as soon as they received the order. My order arrived in plenty of time, it came with a handwritten thank you note, and their quinoa pasta is delicious!
