Bernal Cutlery is excited to introduce our line of dashi packets made for us in Japan. A rarity for dashi, the Bernal Cutlery Vegan Dashi Packets are completely plant based and great for western dishes. They do not contain preservatives or MSG. A balanced blend of 2 types of onion, cabbage, carrots, and ginger with an accent of celery seed. Comes with 5 packets in a resealable bag. Instructions for broth: Place 1 dashi packet in 400-500ml of cold water, heat on low-medium until it reaches a soft boil. Turn heat down to low and continue for 5 minutes while occasionally stirring. You can also use a cold brew method by putting the packet in water overnight in the fridge.
