I’ve had a halter on order for over two months. I’ve followed up multiple times and each time I’m met with - we will get it out ASAP… crickets and still no product. Guess I’ll just refund my customer and clearance out the brand.

Was really looking forward to getting this order. I was messaged a few days after placing my order that I could only have 7 halters for the same price as the original order of 13. They said the price had gone up- which I find hard to believe as the price on Faire still reflects the old price they refuse to give to me. After advising this was not acceptable and to cancel the order, they proceeded to ship. In the box there are in fact only 7 halters and they are refusing to fix. Warning to others!
