An updated version of the traditional yoga bolsters. Our Long & Lean Bolster was designed with a western lifestyle in mind. Made 4" longer than a traditional bolster to support the entire length of your spine. A slightly narrower width allows for more gentle chest openers and safer backbends without sacrificing the stability and support you want from a bolster. Removable, machine washable covers are made with rescued fabrics. Generously hand-stuffed with 100% cotton, we have some of the firmest bolsters available. We don't use any foam or polyester fill to help protect you and the environment. Long & Lean Bolsters have a handle on both ends for easy manoeuvrability. A side zipper to promote even use & wear patterns. *We make all of our products with upcycled & deadstock fabrics in small batches. Fabrics can change often. Don't see what you like?
