Made from cacao beans grown on our single-estate farm in the Philippines, our trees flourish in an agroforestry system nourished with vermicast and seaweed- and fish-based foliar fertilizers fermented with molasses. Fermented in santol-wood boxes and sun-dried on raised beds, our beans are handled under strict Good Agricultural Practices and certified PhilGAP by the Philippine Bureau of Plant Industry. This 85g bar (150mm x 75mm x 6.8mm) is produced in micro-batches and available exclusively through our shop—a pure, origin-forward farm-to-bar indulgence.
