Inspired by my sons, Raphael and Rio, my mission for Raphio Chocolate is to make only what I prefer to feed to my own children. Our chocolate is made from scratch using only organic and natural ingredients. We hand select the cacao beans to maximize the quality, taste, and health benefits of the dark chocolate. Not candy, just healthy dark chocolate. We collaborate with other local crafters, from coffee roasters to single-estate olive oil makers, to create unique products that Raphio is well known for. Even without the extra ingredients, we overcome the challenges to make really good chocolate and do not use any soy lecithin as an emulsifier. Other chocolate makers inquire about this and we proudly share the same principle: no lecithin. Weight: 2.2 oz (63g). Shelf life: 12 months.
