Customer service is slow to respond and has not been too helpful with fulfillment issues. My customers and I love this brand but, as a small business with a small budget, I cannot afford to drop $500 just to fill the spots left by (continuously) canceled items. I wish there was more reliability so that I could count on having this brand for years to come.
