This area is also scarcely populated and largely isolated resulting in pristine waters in the Mediterranean. It also has a notoriously rocky coastline which gives the coastal waters a high mineral complexity. These factors, along with natural sun dried extraction, results in some of the purest sea salt around. Size: 165 gr.
