From a careful selection of the raw material, our chillies in oil are born. In addition to our classic fleshy chilli stuffed with tuna, we have combined the one with cheese, which contains a soft cream of fresh ricotta, gentle with Sardinian pecorino cheese, the essence of Sardinia. Handmade and stuffed one by one, they are preserved in sunflower oil that does not alter their taste. We at Ayo' see them as perfect to accompany a good glass of wine during an appetizer.
