Vendor was very responsive and sent out replacements, but their shipping packaging is consistently insufficient. Recycled and self constructed packaging, but doesn't survive shipping. I'm surprised both orders were sent this way after I addressed the issue. I was assured they are looking into new materials and proper boxes. That would be the only way I would consider ordering again. Otherwise, the product themselves are beautiful.
