The pieces I received are beautiful and good quality. I didn't get the customized item yet - seller has in description it takes about 2 weeks for delivery but messaged me it takes 4 weeks for production! This is disappointing when you have a customer waiting for said product, since I can order this elsewhere with much quicker shipping. Description should reflect correct times on a posting, and this doesn't. I'll update this review after all items are recieved.

This was my first order with this line and while I love look and quality of the items there isn't any packaging. I find it so hard to merchandise jewelry when it arrives with out some sort of card, tag etc. It also helps with the brands identity - my shoppers love to know where there purchases are coming from. Just a suggestion.
