I always try a new product when we get them in, especially food, and I was blown away with the pancake mix. It had good flavor, consistency was nice and very easy to make. The syrup was like no other. I'm not sure how it was made but someone hit the jackpot with the recipe. I'm ruined on pancakes and syrup now because I will never eat that out in a restaurant again....no comparison anywhere. Thank you Catskills Provision for exemplary pancakes and syrup.
