Several of the product boxes were crushed and tools were scattered inside. Also, cheese tools were not displayed in consistent order and required us open several of the packages to correct.

Was not expecting poor quality all made in India. Upsetting to receive a shipment with so many things missing, yet was charged in full. Shop with many Faire businesses and this was not what you would expect, as things usually go very well.

All the products I have ordered are not only beautiful but really great quality! The cheese knife sets and salad server sets come wonderfully packaged in organic handmade cotton cloth. The owner is accommodating and very easy to work with!
