I'm satisfied with the product I purchased. The quality of the hats are great. They are stylish, cute, and stitched very well. However, one hat appeared to have dirt on it like someone may have dropped and didn't noticed it got a little dirty (not the biggest of deal because the others were perfect). Also if you have questions or concerns it really difficult to get a response from the owner. Overall it was a good experience and I will be ordering again soon.
