The three-layer tulle skirt is approximately 13" long (2" longer than our girls' basic tutu) and the satin-lined elastic waistband is made to fit older girls and teens. The waistband has a maximum stretch circumference of about 35' around. This is the perfect tutu for your next fun run or dance party!
